Resident Manual
The Resident Manual, updated in May
2002, contains information on living
at StoneCroft. The manual contains lots of practical, user friendly
information, such as trash and pet rules, tips for appliance use, and how to
access the swimming pool and clubhouse. Feel free to download it, or
contact Jim Alkire at the clubhouse to get a CD-ROM version.
There
has been a change in the Manual that has not been updated, hardwood flooring is
approved for above ground level units, BUT the proper forms need to be
filled out first, the form is available in the office
